I’ve designed everything from A to Z for Plush, including the magazine ads, retail store bags, pricetags and tearsheets, and of course the website. The website includes a custom content management system, which I wrote in php/MySQL, that allows Plush to manage their own online catalog and online store. I’m frequently revising and expanding the site to make it a more engaging and useful experience for the business’ retail and design clients.

I story-boarded and animated a fullpage flash intro, and I designed the accompanying official store, designed and coded Adam’s MySpace profile, and designed/animated a series of promotional banners for Adam’s albums and special offers.

Additionally, I did a series of custom illustrations for the background of the site that ended up getting used for the fan edition of the album, and was also printed as a limited edition poster.

The site was a huge success, and it’s one of my favorite projects with Sony Music, since it tested all of my skills – conceptual, managerial, design/UI/UX, and coding/engineering. It was a privilege to be so intimately involved with every aspect of this project, working from concept to completion, and I’m still happy to say that I maintain and work on updates/improvements for this site currently!

I work closely with our record labels, business team, engineers and front-end coders, SEO and analytics group, and our internal design team to determine new best-practices for our artist stores. Our goal is to create a scalable platform that allows us to rapidly deploy and update stores, while also giving the designers and front-end coders the opportunity to customize each store as much as possible to reflect the individuality of each of our artists.
